Severn Trent Services Launch Quick Reference Guide

Severn Trent Services are delighted to announce the launch of the Quick Reference Guide (QRG) microsite. The website contains important information and step-by-step guidance throughout the stages of the analytical process from initial contact through to reporting and invoicing. The QRG has been developed with our customers being the central point of focus and provides a variety of important documents and downloads.

There are several customer benefits of the QRG with useful links to Sample Stability guidance, our wide range of accreditation, initiating quote requests and more. Designed with our customers in mind the site has been developed to be user friendly, interactive and an engaging tool for all users.

The benefit of transferring the QRG from a paper-based format to a website platform allows the most frequent and up-to-date information to be accessed by our clients. By reducing paper usage the microsite also contributes to our ongoing carbon reduction strategy, which is evident across all of Severn Trent Services.

Nick Barsby (Business Development Manager) explains “The launch of the QRG website allows a wide range of important information and critical documents to be stored in one place for our customers to access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ability to review various report formats and download sample submission forms will allow our customers to save time and make informed decisions as per their analytical requirements”.
