The job doesn't end when the equipment is installed. At Severn Trent Services, our field and factory service personnel are well-trained to support our products throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Middle East/Africa and North America. Severn Trent Services recommends that our clients follow the appropriate preventive or predictive maintenance schedules for their system and coordinate the event with the assigned factory service engineer. The use of originally manufactured spare parts is recommended for all Severn Trent Services equipment.
Our field service centers offer more than just start-up services; we offer spare parts, contract, demand, warranty, and training and installation services:
- Emergency and after-hours service is available through all our locations
- On-site training is provided with an assigned factory service engineer
- Recommended spare parts and appropriate inventory levels can be provided through our customer service representatives
- Training hours to support credentials or continuing education credits is available; requests should be forwarded to a factory service engineer
