Severn Trent Services provides a wide range of rinsing, filling and capping equipment for the intermediate capacity beverage industry. Severn Trent Services has developed the PET series; innovative, simple, and clean counter pressure filler where the return gas from bottles goes into a separate channel instead of back to the ring tank. The system features: extremely low or adjustable consumption of counter pressure gas; improvement in the microbiology filling conditions; and a CIP system with better flooding and circulation of cleaning solutions. Based on the same concept of counter pressure design, the pressure/gravity filler series feature a similar separate bottle return-air system.
